This should add a basic CI for GitHub. I'm a bit unsure whether the upload to codecov works since the website reports " This repo has been deactivated"
Technically I could also add a pipeline to deploy the documentation and a CompatHelper but again I'm unsure how to handle\set the DOCUMENTER_KEY and GITHUB_TOKEN on a repository I do not own\maintain.
