Description
Switch ufs-bundle CI to spack-stack-1.5.1 (will be required starting Tuesday Dec 12 because of [email protected]), and tag CI channel and not just Dom in case of failures (so that I am not the only one that gets bombarded by slack notification if ufs-bundle CI is broken).
