Add pashov audit pdf to audit/ folder.
Use dotenv in package.json scripts so that both unix and mac can read env variables.
- @CarsonCase should test this to make sure that it works on the linux device.
Some files in master that weren't forge fmtted for some reason.

@junkim012 returns error:

/usr/bin/bash: line 1: dotenv: command not found
error: script "deploy-createx-l1" exited with code 127


          chore: remove dotenv in package.json scripts
