OME-Zarr images often have empty names after import (or named
METADATA.ome.xml).This script aims to give them better names.
METADATA.ome.xmlfile from the Fileset, butgetFileInChunks()gives a SecurityViolation (can't download from IDR) and anyway the Images in that file don't have useful names (empty)path/to/image_name.zarr/OME/METADATA.ome.xmlto getimage_namethen rename E.g.METADATA.ome.xml [0/0]toimage_name [0/0]for each image in the series.
