• Update Fan02 and Mysterium JSON files with new clothing definitions

Just realized this is going to be missing the 3Ds Max file change that I had to make for the [Fe]Male04 files for the pub jacket... I'll see if I can extract those into their own commit

I think the 04 PRP files here are bad, I'll push a commit with the ones that I submitted to OU (which seemed to work during testing)

It looks like this will conflict with #266. I'm inclined to merge that first, then I'm assuming we'll just need to re-roundtrip the PRPs to resolve the conflicts?

yes, with the caveat that there is a specific order in which things need to be round-tripped unless we update the Fan02 and Mysterium JSON files to include the page references for everything
