The core-image-weston builds and boots to a login prompt and starts weston/wayland (MACHINE=imx95-19x19-verdin, DISTRO=fsl-wayland). (I had to change the systemd weston.service to USER=root, GROUP=root, this seems to be unreleated to the machine though)
weston-simple-egl is HW accelerated.
