U-Boot fork has been updated to include tagged version v2023.10 from upstream. According to [1], Kernel version 6.1.y is designated as latest LTS and there are newer Kernel versions available which shall be used as a base for latest linux-fslc. Rename linux-fslc_6.1 recipe to linux-fslc-lts_6.1 to designate it as LTS and provide in a separate package. Extend recipe description to reflect that this recipe provides LTS-based Kernel. This PR bumps the version of both Kernel and U-Boot to the latest version that is present in respective forks.

6.1.yKernel is moved tolinux-fslc-ltsrecipe, designating that it tracks LTS Kernel.Kernel branch was updated up to and including following versions for recipes from stable korg:
linux-fslc-lts_6.1.bb: v6.1.60linux-fslc_6.6.bb: v6.6U-Boot has been upgraded to
v2023.10tag from DENX repository and all local fork patches were migrated from previous version to a new one.Update recipe
