📝 구현 내용
챌린지 생성 , 조회 , 삭제 기능 구현
-> 달성률 조회 기능 (report 에서 조회해오는 로직 구현)

-> 과정에서 report entity 필요한 부분들만 넣어서 만들어놨습니다.
-> 작업하실 때 저기에서 수정해서 이어서 작업해 주시면 감사하겠습니다 ^^
