Description
Inspired by conda-forge/gymnasium-feedstock#36, this PR looks the requirement list again and updates it, adding a
torchgroup to mean that users runningpip install gymnasium[other]doesn't install torch.Also, updates pip install instructions using groups to use quotes as without it this causes issues for macos users
