Bane

Fiend's Grip

  • Channeled portion no longer affected by status resistance

Batrider

Flamebreak

  • Rescaled mana cost from 100/120/140/160 to 110/120/130/140
  • Increased speed from 900 to 900/1000/1100/1200

Firefly

  • Reduced damage per second from 10/50/80/100 to 10/40/70/100

Flaming Lasso

  • Increased cooldown from 80/50/20 seconds to 90/60/30 seconds
  • Increased damage per second from 20/40/60 to 40/60/80

Fire Breath

Macropyre

  • Rescaled damage per second from 100/180/220 to 100/170/240
  • Added additional damage per second to scepter (150/215/280)

Mirana

Starfall

  • Increased damage from 75/150/225/300 to 90/170/250/330

Sacred Arrow

  • Reduced cooldown from 17 seconds to 15 seconds
  • Increased cast range from 3000 to 6000 (the arrows already traveled this distance)

Leap

  • Increased range from 550 to 800
  • Increased Through the Night range from 550 to 800
  • Can now self-cast to automatically leap forward at max distance (similar to standard Leap)
  • Can turn auto-cast on to allow leaping in place

Moonlight Shadow

  • Increased duration from 17/19/21 seconds to 18/19.5/21 seconds
  • Added +15% bonus movement speed while invisible

Talents

  • Modified talent tree
  • Before:
    • Level 10: Mirana becomes invisible while leaping | +20% bonus move speed for Moonlight Shadow
    • Level 15: +25 Mana Break | +2 Multishot Sacred Arrows
    • Level 20: Leaping launches a free Sacred Arrow forward | Sacred Arrows On The Prowls' critical refresh (Sacred Arrows On The Prowls' critical keeps triggering if the current stun is longer at least 2 seconds.)
    • Level 25: Secondary Starstorms on target attacked (Primary Starstorms mark targets for 1 second, triggering a secondary Starstorm if Mirana attacks them.) | Moonlight Shadow additional Starstorm per allies (Moonlight Shadow grants allies a single Starstorm which will proc when they go out of invisibility.)
  • After:
    • Level 10: Leaping launches a free Sacred Arrow forward | Moonlight Shadow additional Starstorm per allies (renamed to Moonlight Shadow Starstorm)
    • Level 15: +1 Leap Charge Replenish | +25 Mana Break
    • Level 20: +2 Multishot Sacred Arrows | -4 Armor Corruption
    • Level 25: +750 Sacred Arrow Speed | Secondary Starstorms on target attacked
  • Increased Level 25 Talent "Secondary Starstorms on target attacked" debuff from 1 second to 1.5 seconds
  • Level 25 Talent "Secondary Starstorms on target attacked" debuff now ignores status resistance
  • Level 25 Talent "Secondary Starstorms on target attacked" debuff no longer removed after one attack

Nightstalker

Stalker in the Night

  • Removed Day Vision Reduction
  • Reduced Bonus Night Vision from 1000 to 600

Sand King

Sand Storm

  • Reduced Sands of Betrayal pull speed from 40/60/80/100 to 25/40/55/70
  • Sands of Betrayal pull no longer affects enemies in the fountain area

Scaldris

  • All ability damage modifiers now ignore status resistance

Jet Blaze

  • Can no longer cast while rooted

Slardar

Guardian Sprint

  • Can no longer cast while rooted

Talents

  • Level 25 Talent "Casts a second free Slithereen Crush" no longer activates if the caster is dead/nightmared/out of game/silenced/stunned between Silthereen Crushes

Soul Assumption

  • Increased mana cost from 170/150/130/110 to 170/160/150/140
  • Reduced damage from 65/85/100/110 to 65/80/95/110

Gravekeeper's Cloak

  • Reduced max layers from 10 to 5
  • Increased damage reduction per layer from 5/7/9/10% to 8/12/16/20%
  • Increased minimum damage from 20 to 40
  • Increased aura radius from 900 to 1200

Summon Familiars

  • Rescaled cooldown from 160/120/80 seconds to 130/110/90 seconds
  • Increased familiar HP from 300/600/900 to 500/850/1200
  • Increased familiar armor from 0/1/2 to 0/2/4

Stone Form

  • Increased damage from 60/140/180 to 80/140/200
  • Increased stun duration from 1.0/1.25/1.5 seconds to 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds

Weaver

The Swarm

  • Increased cooldown from 35/25/18/14 seconds to 36/28/20/14 seconds
  • Increased damage from 15/21/25/27 to 18/22/26/30
  • Increased attack rate from 1.25/0.95/0.75/0.65 to 1.25/1.05/0.85/0.65

Geminate Attack

  • Increased cooldown from 6.0/4.0/2.5/1.5 seconds to 6/4.5/3/1.5 seconds

Time Lapse

  • Increased cooldown from 50/30/20 seconds to 50/35/20 seconds

Wraith King

Mortal Strike

  • (Finally) converted to 7.07/current patch logic (now a no-target active that summons skeletons based on charges); vanilla Level 15 and Level 20 skeleton talents are innate to the ability
  • Added IMBAfication: One Button King No Longer
    • Description: Skeletons do not have any (artificial) intelligence or command restrictions, allowing Wraith King free control of his minions.

Reincarnation

  • No longer affected by any cooldown reductions in Mutation/Frantic mode
  • Reduced The King Returns respawn time reduction from 4/10/16 seconds to 4/7/10 seconds

Curseblade

  • Increased cooldown from 25 to 30 seconds

Hellblade

  • Increased cooldown from 25 to 30 seconds
  • Reduced Hellcraft transfer chance from 20% to 10%

Lifesteal Boots

  • Increased cooldown from 6 to 8 seconds
  • Increased cost from 3520 to 4020
  • Added note saying that it provides hasted movement (cannot be slowed)

Meteor Hammer

  • Increased channel time from 1.25 seconds to 1.5 seconds
  • Added IMBAfication: Rock Burial
    • Description: Meteor Hammer's burn is fully stackable.
  • Added IMBAfication: Galaxy Enduement
    • Description: Meteor Hammer gains impact radius and damage based on its level. Additionally, each level provides new effects to its active.
    • Level 1: The burn from Meteor Hammer is radioactive, spreading to units within impact radius of the victim each damage tick at half its duration. Does not spread to units who have already received that instance of burn.
    • Level 2: Applies Break for the duration of the burn.
    • Level 3: Reduces spell amplification by 50% for the duration of the burn.
    • Level 4: Stun and burn application pierces spell immunity.
  • Total Cost (each additional level requires a 1500 price recipe): 2625/4125/5625/7125

Rod of Atos

  • Increased cast range from 1150 to 1400
  • Added IMBAfication: Ankle Breaker
  • Description: Deals pure damage equal to the target's movement speed upon projectile impact.

Rod of Atos EX

  • Recipe: Rod of Atos x3 (2750 x 3), Recipe (1750)
  • Total Cost: 10000
  • Altered Ability: Cripple
    • Description: Roots the target for 2.5 seconds. If cast with 3 charges, also activates Curtain Fire Shooting, resetting charges to 0. Otherwise, gains a charge. Starts with 2 charges upon purchase.
  • New Ability: Curtain Fire Shooting
    • Description: Every enemy unit within 1000 radius of the target also has Rod of Atos cast on them with a 0.08 second delay between each projectile. Additionally, (50 + 1 for each enemy in the radius) non-targeted projectiles are randomly fired from 1400 range away towards the AoE at a speed of 800, all applying Cripple and Ankle Breaker if they make contact with a valid unit.
  • Note: This item cannot be Rearmed by Tinker

Spirit Vessel

  • Added IMBAfication: Soul Sacrifice
    • Description: Spirit Vessel can be cast with 0 charges. However, doing so will damage the caster by 50% of their max health, attributing the damage to the enemy's fountain. This damage is lethal.
  • Added IMBAfication: Curse Activation
    • Description: If Spirit Vessel's debuff is dispelled before half of its duration has passed, it is reapplied for the remaining duration at 2x the strength (damage, health damage, and regeneration reduction).

Bugfixes

  • (Note that some of these bugfixes may already be present in the game during the Valve update screw ups)
  • Batrider: Fixed Level 15 Talent "+2s Flamebreak Burn Duration" not showing actual value of +3s
  • Batrider: Fixed Level 15 Talent "-13s Flamebreak Cooldown" not showing actual value of -15s
  • Batrider: Fixed Level 25 Talent "+8s Firefly Duration" not showing actual value of +10s
  • Blink Dagger / Blink Boots: Fixed going on cooldown if the owner receives damage from a unit on the same team
  • Bloodstone: Fixed being able to gain charges while dead
  • Drow Ranger: Fixed Marksmanship's Perfect Shot bypassing Oracle's False Promise
  • Drow Ranger: Potential fix for Marksmanship's proc instantly killing Mutation Mode BOB
  • Earth Spirit: Added a Stone Remnant Charges counter to inform the player of how many free remnants they have available
  • Enchantress: Fixed being able to auto-cast Impetus while silenced
  • Enchantress: Fixed being able to auto-cast Impetus on ward-type units
  • General: Manually fixed status resistance not applying on refreshed modifiers for the following custom abilities:
    • Dragon Knight's Dragon Tail
    • Lina's Light Strike Array
    • Magnus's Reverse Polarity
    • Storm Spirit's Electric Vortex
    • Storm Spirit's Static Vortex
    • Witch Doctor's Paralyzing Cask
    • Other problematic modifiers will also be manually adjusted in future patches
  • General: Attempts to fix lifesteal sometimes deleting the owner's health
  • Hurricane Pike: Fixed Hurricane Thrust losing the no range restriction attacks if you made any other order after casting it
  • Juggernaut: Fixed Omnislash being able to instantly kill Warlock's golem
  • Lich: Fixed Chain Frost bouncing on Undying's Tombstone zombies
  • Manta Style: Fixed missing Yasha in recipe (again)
  • Mirana: Fixed Leap being castable during Leap (sorry!)
  • Mirana: Fixed Level 10 Talent "Moonlight Shadow Starstorm" not working
  • Night Stalker: Fixed Crippling Fear's "I Am The Night" IMBAfication not working
  • Storm Spirit: Half fix for Static Remnants being invisible if there is no vision of the caster (consequence is that particles do not copy caster's loadout)
  • Omniknight: Fixed Level 10 Talent "Purification autocasts when in below 20% health" working with illusions
  • Phoenix: Fixed Level 15 Talent "Sun Ray applies a strong dispell on allies on end" also dispelling self
  • Pudge: Now explicitly cannot cast hook into the fountain area
  • Queen of Pain: Slightly lowered meme sound volume as per request
  • Sven: Fixed Great Cleave active not dealing extra damage
  • Swords et al.: Reverted the stats not being stackable
  • Visage: Fixed Level 15 Talent "Soul Assumption Hits 2 Targets" not showing actual value of 5
  • Visage: Fixed Level 20 Talent "+50 Familiars Movement Speed" not showing actual value of +120
  • Warlock: Fixed Chaotic Offering ability failing mid-script and not applying most of the stat bonuses (including scepter)
    • This was due to an unforeseen change to a function's accepted parameters on Valve's end
  • Weaver: Fixed Level 10 Talent "+75 Shukuchi Damage" only increasing damage by 35
  • Weaver: Fixed Level 25 Talent "+200 Shukuchi Movement Speed" not showing actual value of +250
  • Windrunner: Fixed Level 15 Talent "+125 Powershot Damage" only increasing damage by 120
  • Witch Doctor: Fixed Level 15 Talent "Voodoo Aura" spamming particles and sound effects if skilled without any points in Voodoo Restoration
  • Witch Doctor: Fixed Voodoo Restoration heal stacking (was problematic with illusions)
  • Wraith King: Fixed Reincarnation not accounting mana cost reduction into success check
