Added subscribe us feature on newsletter

This PR introduces the "Subscribe Us" feature to the backend, enabling users to subscribe to the platform by submitting their name and email

Once subscribed, users receive a welcome email with details about the platform and its offerings.

Also saved the details of the user in the database for future !!
