Description

This PR introduces a new "Terms of Use" page to the application, outlining the terms and conditions that govern the use of our services. The document includes various sections that define user obligations, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and more, providing a comprehensive legal framework for users.
Changes Made

Created a new page named TermsOfUse.
Structured the content into relevant sections for clarity:
    Acceptance of Terms
    User Obligations
    Intellectual Property Rights
    Limitation of Liability
    Indemnification
    Termination Clause
    Governing Law
    Modification of Terms
    Legal Compliance
    Dispute Resolution
