no , you were supposed to raise an issue first :)
its okay if its your first time making a PR
read these for refrence - #435
i will be closing this PR since you did not make an issue !
(also just coz i said that u didnt make an issue , doesnt mean you should make one after i close the PR )
the proper steps require -

  1. you make issue
  2. wait for it to be assigned to you
  3. make PR

i would have never assigned anyone this issue since i dont want the code of conduct file to change :)
