[Bug]: Missing firmware update progress bar

What happened?

I'm doing a firware update and as it is progressing the dialog progress bar is missing. I've seen it previously with other updates. The Z-Wave Zniffer shows the update running, and if I press "Begin Update" again it says it's running.

How to reproduce?

I haven't tried to reproduce it.

I have witnessed this myself once or twice - but didn't feel brave enough to continuously flash new FW to my devices, so couldn't really debug it fully.

Given V9 has a new UI - I'll work on it there.

@marcus-j-davies, I'm glad it isn't just me. No rush. Thanks to you I was able to use my sniffer to know when the update completed.

I've flashed several more times, and no sign of the progress bar. I did get a completed message.
