I'm wanting to know if anybody has been successful at configuring the Community Edition Version 5.11.2 to work with VMware Horizon Connection server so that when the horizon client connects, it doesn't pop up a message saying that it's an invalid or untrusted certificate. I only have this issue when the load balancer is in play. I've tried using a wildcard cert, self-signed cert, I've tried exporting the cert from our connection server and importing it into the load balancer. I've even gone as far as to make sure my test device had the same certs installed on it like everything else and still not getting the results I seek. Now I do know that I can configure the horizon client to ignore and certificate errors. But that sort of defeats the point. Searching the internet I found this one and only guide for configuration. https://www.ituda.com/vmware-horizon-view-using-zen-loadbalancer-to-loadbalance-connection-server-traffic/ It's a bit dated and has some options that don't seem to be available in the version I'm using. However, I configured everything else as closely as I could. I would appreciate any input on this situation as I think I've exhausted my resources.
