I am not sure if any future work is being done with this tool, but I was wondering if support could be added to ad more refinement to the size, shift, and padding for the font texture creation.
Using the original font (Chiaro) and attempting to dial in values I feel would match the original, produces different pixel results.
I was wondering if adding sub-pixel values could produce closer to the original, results?
The image on the Left is the original texture from the game
The image on the Right is what is output using the settings above
With a shift value of 0.5 it could thicken the top and bottom strokes, and give a more pleasing shape, or possibly a size of 14.75 etc.
Does the Truetype and Img output code support that kind of positioning for the glyphs?
