  • scalablility:
    • mutliple instances in kubernetes
    • shared DB
    • shared file system
  • Sandboxing of user spaces in webportal
  • Webportal downloads & presents hash splitter workflow output to the user
  • allow URL for file params in input form
  • check buffering of all database interactions
  • rename batch submission mode #108 and try to automatically set run-specfic params #109 (at least first two points)
  • automatically redirect when access token expires (maybe alert)
  • disable delete/reset/... run/job (not necessary)
  • display WES status updates in run table
  • Check whether profile.preferred_username uniquely identifies a user #101
  • disable import wf
  • add elixir logo to login
  • maybe Ensure that all relevant user information are shared form elixir #131
  • check whether it is problematic, that access token of exec profile expires after 1h:
    • maybe demand the user to refresh the access token when it is close to expiring (less than 20 min)
  • maybe polish import option describtion
  • add demo warning messages:
    • welcome page
    • import page
  • create demo guide
  • create presentation
  • workflow:
    • maybe add file extensions (e.g. txt) to unify output
    • maybe add additional input parameters to hashsplitter workflow
    • add workflow and parameter documentation
