Deprecate Forge Module

I'm willing to take over maintenance of this module (as I'm currently actively using this module in my infrastructure). I've published a new version of this module to the forge, including various updates I've made (converting to PDK, the PR I have in this repo, some other minor formatting things), as well as other changes made in this repo since v1.1.3 was released.

Deprecating the unmaintained module to point to mine will ensure users are pointed to a module that will accept updates and fixes when issues are discovered, or new functionality is needed to support the Syncthing application.
