I was interested in finding a way to export the logs from Watson, and I got export_logs_py.py to run completely on my terminal (Mac workstation). The Watson Assistant has an embedded chatbot on a website that my group and I have been testing in its live environment, so there are logs to pull, but I've continued to get the following result:
Reading ASSISTANT using ID 4dafa383-18ad-483f-8fee-3e050bf2e2c5.
Reading page 1.
No Logs found. :(
Writing 0 records to: test.xlsx as file type: XLSX
Granted, I have run into errors with the JSON and CSV versions of the commands presented in the comments, particularly in establishing a connection (as I can't find what is the development ID as that's not available on the settings page).
I've touched base with one of IBM's AI Technical Specialist who recommended the webhooks being enabled as well, and that did not alleviate the issue.
Any help would be appreciated!
