Remove HTML Canvas 2D Context #371

HTML Canvas 2D Context's URL (https://www.w3.org/TR/2dcontext/) now does a 301 redirect to the HTML Living Standard.

Since we already reference a recent version of HTML, we should be able to safely remove our reference to HTML Canvas 2D Context.
