What was good:

Project plan and data set are very clear
Value of project is well explained
Project topic is interesting and practical

What could be improved

Didn't mention one of the most important factors in pricing -- availability due to time of year
Sentence structure/grammar could be improved
Doesn't specify what data set would be used for crime rates
