Thank you for submitting your final report! I found it very interesting and insightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. At a high level, I really appreciate the applicability of this project. Your project task seems very valuable and would be an immediate benefit to a lot of people. More particularly, I enjoyed your visual of feature importance as generated by random forest. These importance levels are really interesting and important to your analysis, and the visual is clear and easy to understand. Lastly, your error validation seems robust, and should offer a telling look into how accurate your models really are.
In terms of room for improvement, I think your project cold have benefited from justification of your choice of loss functions and regularizers. In your Model Optimization section, it is unclear why you made some of the decisions that you did. Also, the report can be a bit hard to follow at times, due to some unclear wording and some seemingly sudden changes in focus. Lastly, I think perhaps an explanation for applications of the project may have added some value. For example, would your project be a tool for Airbnb itself to utilize, for hosts to determine a listing price, or for guests to determine an appropriate payment amount? This may have added some further context. Overall, I found your project very interesting and enjoyable -- great work and good luck going forward!
