Vike Rebrand

"Vite-plugin-ssr" is going to be renamed "Vike".

Functionally, nothing changes: it's just a new skin for the same tool. No breaking changes.

Vike introduces:

• Integration packages: vike-react, vike-solid, and vike-vue.
• A marketing that targets a wider audience with a more professional/dry tone. (The vite-plugin-ssr copy has more of a personal/hobbyist/passionate tone.)

FYI: the migration script at https://vite-plugin-ssr.com/vike is relying on GNU sed behavior which isn't present in the MacOS/BSD version of sed, resulting in errors like:

sed: 1: "[FILENAME]": invalid command code .

A MacOS user is trying that but is having issues: #1147.

A version that works on MacOS would be neat.
