Error when using resampling in MEME #1793

My analysis works without resampling, but whenever I use "resample" (50, 100 or 500) it gives me the error

Also, why does it (without resampling) tell me it detected diversifying sites, when in the table they classified all invariable?

Dear @cristina22262,

Would it be possible for you to click on the "Download Log" green button, and upload the log?

The actual error will be contained in that file, and may help me diagnose the problem.
