Error processing my job at DataMonkey

I tried uploading my .fasta file to perform Fubar, SLAC, and GARD analysis. Every time I am getting the "We're sorry, there was an error processing your job. Please try again, or visit
our GitHub issues page and create an issue if the issue persists."
Any lead?

We had to perform immediate maintenance in order to keep Datamonkey operational. We are still performing rescue efforts, but I have conflicting deadlines, all of which are deemed immediate. I will notify in this thread once the site is operational again.
