The field for "how long has this person been in the society" only shows up when inputing a new person, not when recommending someone who is already in the OP. This information is still relevant to us as crowns when the person being recommended isn't someone we know well. In the old form I belive this was a drop down menu with the choices: (I don't know), 0-2 years, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, 6-7 years, 8-9 years, 10-11 years and 12+ years. To have this as a drop down menu or as a radio button, maybe defaulting to (I don't know) to provoke an input, would help.
