Content sharing from other apps doesn't work if conversation is selected

Hello,
there is a long time present issue with Telegram app that occurs every time you have a specific conversation thread open and simultaneously trying to share a content from another app.

To reproduce this do the following steps:

1. Open Telegram app
2. Select a conversation and open it to see the message thread
3. Open another app, say a web browser, go to any page (or use the homepage) and select sharing and pick Telegram to share the url to.
4. Telegram will show up, displaying the main screen as it should but not showing a title asking to select a conversation to share the content with. Upon clicking on any conversation no content is pasted to the input field either.

If you try to share content when on the main conversations overview page content sharing works properly and the same applies in case Telegram is closed when trying to share content to it.

I believe it should be easily reproducible.
This issue applies both to Vivid as well as Xenial.

I am currently on Meizu MX4 Arale, 2018-06-19

Confirming that this always was an issue on arale (MX4) and hammerhead (Nexus 5). It is still present on hammerhead (my MX4 broke 😢).
