does href-sanitizer supports this decoding ?

also annoyance can be avoided on those sites with /safe.php?link=http$doc,urlskip=?link,domain=alljntuworld.in|creditcarred.com|crickethelp.in|mewatjobs.com|naamlist.com|newsonnline.com|phonesparrow.com|rajasthantopnews.com|ramrakshastotra.com|samaysuchi.com
