Some CSS change suggestions for the sake of convenience on widescreen monitors

In consideration of users with widescreen monitors, could we:

1. In support.css's .supportEntry either add max-width: 1000px; or just disable display: flex;? Reason: https://i.imgur.com/J0R9uHf.png
2. In logger-ui.css's #modalOverlay > div > div:nth-of-type(1) (why isn't it called #modalOverlayContainer btw?) add max-width: 1000px;? Reason: https://i.imgur.com/su422Vf.png
   Also maybe remove the whole #netFilteringDialog > .headers > .tools? I think the refresh and picker icons would be better by the headers/tabs, which can be achieved the disabling display: flex; position: absolute;, but then there's also no point to bottom: 0;. Or to right: 0; and left: 0;, so body[dir="ltr"] #netFilteringDialog > .headers > .tools and body[dir="rtl"] #netFilteringDialog > .headers > .tools wouldn't be needed either.
3. In cloud-ui.css's #cloudWidget div change flex to inline-flex, add #cloudCapacity {display: flex;}, and in #cloudWidget #cloudOptions remove position: absolute; (and its related bottom: 2px; right: 2px; top: 2px;)?
   This change is lower priority though since naming backups isn't something one does frequently.
4. I guess these things were to be changed, it wouldn't hurt to also remove logger's .permatoolbar's justify-content: space-between;. But that's also lower priority.

Points 1-2 are the things I'd like to change the most because of the huge distances as shown on the screenshots.

Also, kinda unrelated (thematically, but not entirely logistically), may I suggest/ask for changing Support's:

to:

data-url="https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBlock-issues/issues?q=is%3Aissue+sort%3Aupdated-desc"

?

Or is there some github setting I can choose to automatically change the sort type? (/Github newb :D)
Either way, seeing update status on issues from the get-go seems like a plus to me.
