I've just tried to set the new logo for tskit GitHub organisation, but unfortunately it has to be square to work properly. I hacked it by padding out the top with the background colour. Are we OK with this?

It's a bit tiny when it's used as dashboard contexts. Let's see what it looks like for a bit anyway.

I made it a bit better by splitting the padding top and bottom.
