Streaming on card without clicking?

I have gotten this to work but there a way to do streaming on the card itself/dashboard when the UI is opened instead of clicking on it to open another popup? Similar to how Ring App does it without clicking anything. I am not interested in 24/7 streaming, just streaming when the UI is open.

This is really a Home Assistant question so probably better to ask there vs here. The only option I know to do this is to use some custom card like WebRTC Camera card or Frigate card, both easily installed via HACS, as they support this functionality. I have no idea of HA has any native cards with this functionality.
