One camera offline, other still working

I have

• HA Yellow
• standard Mosquitto Broker Add-on
• Ring MQTT Add-on
• MQTT Integration
• generic camera

All was working perfect, until 9 June. Around that time I installed HA update 2024.6.2

One of the cameras (with ring subscription) still works, the other (without subscription) provides snapshots, but no streaming. It works in the Ring app. If I restart the ring MQTT add on, it usually works for like a minute.
In the camera cards the working camera shows 'idle' while the not working camera shows 'unavailable' (with what appears to be a recent snapshot (snapshots are saved as well). Long stort short; mqtt connection, snapshots work, video not

What I already did

• checked the rtsp url in status-info; still the same
• remove the add-ons and integrations and reinstalled

Debugging, I have a bit of a challenge to define the correct debugging option (HAAS, Camera integration, mqtt integration, add ons). Please find below some sections that may be relevant.

Interestingly, while typing this message this morning, the camera was up for over 10 minutes. Though after not posting (luckily saved), it went offline again.

Any ideas about next steps to debug/fix?
