View only promo shouldn't be shown after onboarding.

Describe the bug
View-only promo (see screenshot below) is shown at the end of the onboarding before accessing the Dashboard. It should not be shown in any relation with the Onboarding, as it's already overwhelming. It should be shown first at next device connection.

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wipe device
2. Wipe Suite
3. Connect device
4. Finish onboarding
5. Observe the View-only promo at the end of it

Expected behavior
View-only promo should be not shown in connection with onboarding.
