Allow including representer without Representable::* #15

Currently, inheriting from a representer implies including the representer base module, too.

module DrinkRepresenter
  include Representable::JSON
  include BaseRepresenter
end

Why not make it easier?

module DrinkRepresenter
  include BaseRepresenter
end
