Machine list is empty!

no - my workaround was and still is: the windows 10 virtual desktop mechanism. I open all my virtual machines in a different desktop. Did you checked out?

@stevo-knievo I have vbox 5 up and running... admittedly, it's on a Windows 7 PC.

I will see if I can test a W10 install with it, though.
