does not run python 3 runGan.py 0 #133

download tecogan
install requirements
run "python3 runGan.py 0" to download the tecogan model
but this error appears

No python found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store or disable this shortcut in Settings > Manage app launch aliases.

I use windows 10
