v2_pipe_view opslaan als .shp
kolom 'edit' integer toevoegen (1 of 0)
kolom 'diameter' decimal toevoegen (eenheid in meter)
kolom 'id' integer toevoegen (unieke waarden)

Aandachtspunten:

Leiding richting allemaal richting uitlaat?
Projectie shp en DEM gelijk?
Plugin reloader gebruiken, want plugin ziet veranderingen in de shp-file / raster niet
