Freelancer prestige levels don't give the xp bonuses, only merces bonuses.

To reproduce
Compare your xp total (given you've done the exact same things) from peacock to the official servers at the end of every freelancer mission. So for example, if you're prestige 6+, the official server xp tally at the end should have a line that says something like "prestige bonus 2000 xp".

Additional context
I have deleted my userdata as well as tried on different peacock versions, and none of them give me the xp bonus, so at this point I'm 99% sure it's something with peacock, and not on my end. However, I don't think it ultimately really matters (anyone who grinds prestige over and over again should be at lvl 7500, after which this is totally inconsequential). So if it doesn't get fixed, it's not a big deal.
