All of this green checking is really tightly coupled to google lighthouse.

Webhint.io appears to effectively be an abstraction layer, that also works with firefox, and chromium, and presumably blink (MS is working on it, and now uses the same blink rendering engine, so…).

Doing this would mean you could literally make this part of an internet health monitor for Moz to use in their internet health report stuff, as the checks we run for the if a site is green or not, will also give an idea how consolidated the web is becoming.
