This provides a bunch of really nice streaming features, which will make indexing easier, and would allow us to control levels of concurrency when putting and getting from the store.

See ipfs/interface-datastore@6dace38 for example.

This also requires some @types updates. Now that the API is settled at 1.x, it might be a good time to submit the types to the repo direction. We're in the middle of the "great refactor" (#414), so now is a good time to get this done.

Closing as "won't fix", as this package is no longer needed.
