Add Custom Numerica Data Query Type to 'build_feed_from_input' Option

Currently Telliot is great at building feeds for existing query types:

Can we add an option for Custom Query Numeric Data to the list?

On selection the user would be asked to input the queryData (that they generated elsewhere) and a numeric value as human readable. Then telliot should use the query data that the user provides, while converting the numeric value to 18 decimal ethereum mode, and generating the proper queryId for the query Data.

Happy to discuss pros and cons or possible improvements on this idea. Thanks for reading!
