Module rework. Oriented to individual ontologies instead of the collective of ontologies in the repository, while still allowing for parsing of multiple ontologies at once
Folder restructuring to fit with the module rework
Set of new arguments to configure the module. These include individual file parsing, file ignoring, fine-grained metrics plotting, subcategories and the evolution of each of them
