Feature Request: Allow Site owners to add Start Date for user. #53

When a member is added to the site, the start date is the day they add them. It would be helpful to allow site owner to add the Start date for their members with this Add On

Similar request. Moderators Only: #529718
The order timestamp and user timestamp do not match in the database, only the order date gets recorded, and the time defaults to "00:00:00".
