Spicetify v2.38.7

📝 Description

So basically I'm able to install/backup extensions normally, however upon restart any marketplace installed extensions are gone.

Are you clearing the cache or using anything like CCleaner to remove temp files? That will clear the Spotify localstorage, where Marketplace keeps your settings.
