core__observation includes these columns but are missing from core__observation_lab

  • interpretation_code

  • interpretation_system

  • interpretation_display

  • valuequantity_value

  • valuequantity_comparator

  • valuequantity_unit

  • valuequantity_system

  • valuequantity_code

  • valuestring

noting that interpretation is not a must support field for the labratory profile according to https://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU4/StructureDefinition-us-core-observation-lab.html
