what?
차량 배치 데이터를 선택한 상태에서 주소지 수정이 일어나면 반영이 되어야 하는데 새로고침을 해야 반영이 되고 있음

서울->진주로 바꾸어도 서울 기준 주소로 데이터가 남아 있음

action?
주소지 수정이 일어나면 즉시 반영
