Remove unreachable glyphs

It would be good to remove old glyphs that are not reachable by codepoint or OT substitution rules. Font Bakery reports the list below. We do need to be careful, though, as many of those in that list are glyphs that are only used as components, which we need to keep. There may also be some glyphs we want to preserve for future features or alternatives.
