[v1.9.0] Failed to initialize SELinux labeling handle & waiting for udev queue to be empty #9994

Bug Report

Node takes a long time to boot because waiting for udev queue to be empty.

For my side, networking is fine.
Just udevd taking 3 minutes to start because SELinux labeling??

SELinux message is red herring, the issue is something with vmxnet driver probably, but we don't have any exact idea.
