[Docs] Storage related docs

Description

There are three different storage docs in "Kubernetes Guides/Configuration".

• "Local Storage" is quite old, even though it is updated recently.
• "Replicated Local Storage" was about "openebs jiva" which is deprecated now. The doc now talks about how to install "openebs mayastor and hostpath" which is "Replicated Storage" and "Local Storage".
• "Storage" is all good with details and reviews. However links ( https://mayastor.gitbook.io/* ) and redirections ( "jiva" ) is old.

Suggestion

• Make a new folder under "Kubernetes Guides".
• Put ceph / iscsi / openebs and other stuff in it.
• Remove duplications.
