App ID: ce720f68-05de-469b-8c35-6f3536ffaffd

Description

Different active last patch version according to web console and flutter sdk.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Upload 2 patches to staging track (in my case 25 and 26)
  2. Promote 26 to stable
  3. Promote 25 to stable
  4. According to web console, 26 is latest
  5. SDK reports 25 as latest available

Expected Behavior

Web console reports what I would expect to happen. So backend logic seems wrong here.
